Locally owned and operated, Pegasus Restaurant in the Town of Hamburg prides itself on quality food available at reasonable prices that is prepared and served in a family-style atmosphere. Now in their fifteenth years of operation, Pegasus is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night meals from an extensive menu featuring close to 200 items.
Breakfast specials include choices such as NY Strip Steak and eggs, chocolate chip pancakes, Greek omelets and Belgian waffles. Lunch and dinner include the popular open souvlaki and open gyro specialty sandwiches, gourmet dinners at family prices, steaks, chicken, seafood, Entrees, along, with a wide selection of burgers, appetizers, panini, melts, and pita wraps. Friday evenings feature the Pegasus famous Fish Fry and broiled fish and Fisherman’s Seafood Delight dishes.
